Wow that is pretty quick for a suburban soccer mum car!
Good to have some figures finally.

P.s. Looks like you need a brake upgrade

Thanks... Yeah yesterday they officially released new golf R specs .... 300 HP , 4.9 sec for 0 to 100. I should stop modding tig and save money for "R"

Yeah you'll probably need at a K04 to get you into the 4sec category... But 5.5s is still pretty quick for a 1600kg car with a 2.0t.

Thanks.. Yep I am sure too K04 will do it. But still most people do it experience some bugs with the conversion.. I am considering to go for it but not in near future

By the way if you guys ever wanted to do a 0 to 100 run I can send the Pbox to you. Just please send it back to me after you finished

That's a faster time than i've gotten in my modified manual Golf R - the take off makes or breaks your 0-100kph time (depends how much sympathy you have for your clutch) and then 2nd gear is really short and only gets you to about 96kph, therefore you need to hit 3rd gear to crack 100kph. I think 5.7 or 5.8 is the fastest i've recorded in mine.

The 0-100kph is where the DSG (with or without launch control) kills the manuals. Less so once you are moving.

Can you run E85? It's rated at 105ron. The main thing besides the hardware being resistant to ethanol damage is if the injectors have enough headroom to cope with the extra flow required.

As far am im aware - there are no injectors available at present for these direct injection engines that can flow enough for E85. Water/meth injection is an alternative for now - although illegal on the street im sure you can hide the install.

I am not sure it can ... Besides Apr tune do not support it .My goal is just to run sunco for experimental purposes and in drag strip.
