team_v is spot on, ET50 - So that basically means the wheels will be sitting 15mm in from the guards (based on ET35 being flush)...right?

Yes they'll sit 15mm further in BUT if your OEM wheels are 19x9 then you also lose 25mm in width, divide that by 2 and your Golf R wheels will sit 15+12.5 = 37.5mm. Even with ridiculously big 25mm spacers they will still sit too far in and look tiny when fitted.

Ideally you're better off searching for a wheel with et35. I was lucky enough to find the last set in the UK. There may be more out there somewhere, or on a ship ready for delivery but they are RARE.

Does anyone know if these wheels are available in Australia and what size they are? I found it on a site and they called it a Track or Avenue

They look like 19" x 9" Savannahs.

Can't get the originals here from VGA!

Although had been featured on the website for like 2-3 years as "coming soon".


It's possible to get replicas of these though.

Otherwise, be prepared to pay more than what they're worth (imo) sourcing it overseas.
