I went to Highway Tyres and I just realised the tyre will have had 4 repairs which is illegal unsafe so I'll have to cop a new set now. The Conti's were quoted as $490 ea and he recommended Falken ZE912 at $275 ea. By coincidence I spotted a white TSI Tiguan with the Conti's as standard, lucky they got them as OEM considering the street price in Aust of them. I'll probably phone around on Monday and get the Conti's unless someone can give me good evidence they are bad for Tiguans. I'd rather get them than second rate tyres again but the price difference to get the Continentals is beyond belief. The only other tyres I'd consider would be Bridgstone or Hankooks or Michellin. I guess after spending $2K I'd want the ride to improve.

Hi all,
have downloaded a copy of the VAG Wheels & Tyres Guide, which shows all the standard fitment wheels (sizes/offsets etc) and optional sizes, along with recommended tyres. I was going to post it here as it would be a handy reference I'm sure, but I don't know how (it is in .pdf format) - anyone know how I can do this?
Cheers
