Yep I know, but I do not do off-road work with mine. I love the space and refinement, without having to use it for dirt work.

Sorry to all the real offroad guys...Love what you do, but mine was always going to be a great on-road car with 4wd capability.

I couldn't afford to buy both a GTI and a Landcruiser... so I got the Tig

OK, the wheels and tyres are on!!!

They look great (i think) and handle really well.

I will work out how to upload the pics now...

Just have to drop it now, cos it looks a little too high...Prob go down 30mm so that I can keep the standard shocks.
    Want pics now!

Go to an imagehosting site www.imageshack.us, www.imagehost.org or imagebanana and upload the picture.
Take the hyperklink ending in ".jpg" and post it between image tags on the forum here [img]xxxxx.jpg[/img]

Looks awesome now i can see it!
Really does keep that GTI feel but the black spoke faces just make it even better.
The polished sides of the faces add another level of depth to the wheels which is a good thing.

What size did you end up going?
    Looks to be 19"?

Nice wheels I think you made the picture too big and Arctra fixed it for you. Just practice on the post above. you will get there.

    Cheers

Hey thanks guys...both for your feeedback on the wheels and for putting up with my stupidity regarding the posting of pics.

I do have a few better shots of the wheels on the car from better angles, but am too scared about posting them incorrectly yet. Will do so shortly.

Anyway, they are 18", with Hankook K1110 235/50R18 directional tyres. Very good tyre! I do not expect to get a great deal of life out of them, as they are more of a performance (sticky/ grippy) tyre.
