My15 132TSI Tiguan stopped in the mid of road with EPC light on

As title says, happened twice in the last 3 weeks, was booked in this Thursday for a check up but again stopped in the middle of the main road last Friday, wife did not make it home till 10pm after a long day of work.

First time, road side filled 10 liter of petrol and car moved again but fuel gauge was showing one bar from half a tank.

last Friday, they decided to just tow away so they can look into it, as expected bad attitude and care factor 0 from stealership's response and advised no loan car available.

this forum seems to have alot of experienced answers and hope someone could shed some light.

we really try to be polite but when my wife was stranded twice in 3 weeks and the inconvenience this causes to the family is just making me want to go there yell at someone. sigh.

I am currently having the same issue. But, my car went into Limp mode and had both EPC and engine light on. It required an intake manifold replacement.
