    Loose change pocket?

There is a some slots designed to take euros in the cubby hole lid on the lower right of the dash, which is useless for $2 and 50c pieces (my parking meter supply). So instead I have loose change rolling around the bottom of the drink holders in the centre console (you can still put the drinks on top, you see).
Has anyone come up with a tidy loose change solution?

I'll get shot for saying this, but here goes.......

    Tupperware!

They make a small round container that fits into the cup holders. As you say, you can still have a small coffee cup sit on top of it as well as another larger coffee in the next hole. I picked one that is dark and leave the coffee cup over it, so if anyone looks it they can't see it either. I guess it could hold around $100 in $2 coins, but I never have that much in it at any time. I do the same in the other car.

Just let your wife think she came up with the idea.

yes, we have a small zippered cloth bag that goes in centre console, behind the little flap below the radio etc

that way its at least hidden out of view and easy enough to access. Plus not limited to any particualr coin sizes or $ amounts

I've always found it handy to have $20 or more in the car, for those odd times you need money and your wallets at home wondering what all the fuss is about

    Thanks for the tips.
I hate rattles, so maybe a cloth bag in the fuse box pocket?

with you on the rattles, with cloth bag set-up, not even a squeak.

fuse box pocket? Not sure what you mean but if helps I was referring to the flapped compartment that separates two open compartments (either side of it vertically) in centre console ahead of gearbox. When you lift the flap it has a 12v socket on the right side of the compartment revealed and a smallish compartment on the left, which is where we stick the small zippered cloth bag

Easy access and out of view.
