I'd be checking that it has the updated timing chain and/or has had it replaced at ~100,000km. If it hasn't been done I'd budget to do it.
Other thing I'd look to get done is a carbon clean of the inlet valves. If it hasn't been done you'll probably have a significant degradation in performance and if let go too long will end up with misfiring/limp mode in worst case.
