How to remove rear bumper

Hi all,

Does anyone know if there is a step by step guide or a schematic drawing useful for removing the rear bumper? It is for the the installation of an aftermarket tow bar.

I have somewhere, the removal and fitting instruction for the genuine vw towbar.I installed that myself.It is not difficult but the instructions do help to ease the pain.I'll see if I can dig it out and will email to you if you wish to pm me with your email address.
