How do you remove the inner skin of a door for dynamat- Tiguan/golf etc

Am wanting to remove the inner skin of the door of my 2012 Tiguan to apply some dynamat but need help. I can romove the door trim no worries but looks like i need to disconnect the window regulator from the window itself to remove the inner skin?

Anyone done this before to a Tiguan or a golf v1 as they have a similar setup?

    Cheers.

Maybe speak to the guys at Fhrx Studios in Sydney as I know they've put Dynamat in Tiguan's. No guarantees they'll be able to help, but it's worth a try...

Cheers for the Info Actra. Though do you have the instructions that show how to pull the inner panel off, not the door trim off? Needs to be that panel that the window motor is connected too?

I can take the door trim off no worries, it's getting the inner part off thats the trouble.

Does it come apart? I thought all the metal bits were welded together.

Yeah comes apart. Similar to this golf: How to install component speakers into a MkVI Golf.. The middle black bit is pressed aluminium in the Tiguan and has screws around it.
