High Pitch Noise When Idle

Hello All,

I was wondering if your Tig makes high pitch noise (from the engine) after the Tig travel a short distance. It usually happens on the return trip to the local shops. The noise persist when my Tig is idle but stops when I switch the ignition off and on again.

Is this normal?
