I don't really know team_v, I guess around half price would be fair? Would rather someone here get some use out of them instead of having them sitting in the shed taking up space.

Yep, if I don't sell them then probably will at some point. They do make a big difference.

Would anyone know what the freight might be on them if I got them sent down to near Canberra? At that sort of price I am pretty interested, however they may have to wait until Feb sometime... Also, are they easy to install in the Tig? I remember doing my Torana once, but I can imagine that may like comparing apples with oranges, or even Toranas with Tiguans...

    Hey Bungers,
I reckon the freight (auspost) would be around $30-ish, IIRC that's what mine cost from Melbourne. Install isnt too hard but apparently you need a special strut nut tool or some such thing. Don't forget you'll need a wheel alignment too. Michael down at CVWC Tuggeranong did mine, around $200-ish (including 4 wheel alignment) from memory, but that was a while ago.

Hey Simon, I won't be buying one. Mate has ordered it and of course I have to drive it just to keep him honest

I couldn't spend $170k on any BMW sorry. For that $$$ there are a few others I'd be looking at first.

Jeebus I didn't know they were that much! Those sorta $$ personally I'd be going for a fully tricked Golf R (or a TT) and 6 months overseas hehe.
