Aussietig you can count me in,if the quote you receive from the uk people, doesnt exceed the accepted/agreed amount of approx $550.
If it does exceed that amount,do we have the option then,to bail out??.The reason I am asking is that being here in the far west I am still going to be up for another lot of freight charges over and above you fellas on the east coast. Is that fair or not.??

    Yep that's fine Phil!

Don't worry I'll be bailing myself, if my share of total cost is over $550.

But I hope you realise that you most likely will have to lose your mudflaps.

Certainly I'm already down to my back ones at the moment (due to install of sidesteps).

Ok ... I just need one more person to come and join the party!

    Anyone?

If you want the instruction manual feel free to let me know. I have no use for it anymore.
Wait there's cutting involved? I was half keen but now I'm not sure. Don't like the idea of cutting up the Tig.

Just the plastic inner guard. Inexpensive if you ever need to replace it. I'm also against cutting or drilling holes and always use the holes and threads that are already in the vehicle, you should see my T5 - not one hole drilled... everything attached, bolted to the rails in the floor.

Have a look at post #34 again.

The cutting involved is minor IMO.

Basically front and back bumper (lower black unpainted portion) extends into the wheel arch area.

FWIW, I'm guessing the clips supplied will use existing holes.

OK count me in at the $550 cap.

Not sure if I'm up to the task myself but I've got a few mates who can probably help out if need be.

    I'm excited

    Sure!

Here's the quote we got back:

These kits are £233.33 each ... The cost of shipping is £155 single £270 for two £380 for three and £485 for four.
So we gave it a miss!

Also the installation is a real b!tch and time consuming.

Estimates from a member who did go through it all was over an hour per corner.

Thanks for that, but jeez, thought there would be a bit more of a savings on 4 sets freighted... That's still 549 $AU each at today's rate!!
