apparently my Tig is also on thhis sippment but I am still waiting for a Vin from the couldn't give a $*** VW sales managers, what d9d you guys do to get your VIN for tracking?
I just asked for it.
2010 Tiguan 147, Black, "Savannah" 19x9 Anthracite Wheels, Leather, Sunroof, Tint
I have asked countless times and the buck keeps getting passed aroumd ,rang today and still waiting for a follow up call, this is from barlow world Moorabbin/Mentone.
yeah it was enjoyable at first since I was getting some feedback but now them not returning my calls is getting a bit down right rude on the brighter side I have my 20" RS6 wheels mounted with tyres and ready to fit. I guess I am just getting paranoid about the sales staff selling my car off the floor to a prospective buyer since I have alraedy signed up, another 4-5 month wait will kill me.
cubes this poor excuse for a dealership and the plain rude so called sales staff lost that buisness over $108,000 worth of sales from us (the passat & the tiggy) do yourself a favor at least get it serviced elsewhere when we left the second time i vowed even if they had the perfect car in stock id be prepared to go elsewhere and wait which we did
Sorry to hear the dealership is stuffing you about, they can do that know they have you tied into an order. The best way to punish these enept characters is to never purchase from them in the first place but you still have an ace up your sleeve.
dealerships rely heavily on your feedback survey, the one you get after you havetaken delivery of the new car. Send this back in with a poor result and they suffer, enough people do it and they start recieving major stree from HQ, this is your upper hand.
Same thing for those who have done the right thing this survey should go back with the highest marks, reward those who have genuinely made the purchase a nice experience for you.
Also the guys here are right, the Vin number is given on their online web based stock system before the car is built and would take roughly 4-5 minutes of computer time to get you the info you need. They are stalling for a reason, maybe they do not have the car???
Not to worry got the call today saying the car wil be at the dealership in 12 days and ready for pick up after the detailing, tinting and body and interior protection is applied. Good luck with everyone elses' purchases.
