ian, you might want to check with them as I ordered mine around 1 Jun 16 and they arrived yesterday. I bought mine through eBay, and while they provided a tracking number, no tracking data appeared in eBay, but I could track it through my tracking app until it passed from Russian post into another carriers hands.

I don't know, I don't use either. You'll need to search the equivalent of the Apple App Stores.

Sorry the hear that @ian. Fitted mine during the week, and am pretty impressed with the engineering and fabrication. When compared to the struts on the hatch, these look as good as OEM.
