Hi guys.
I bought a copy of ElsaWin 3.7 off eBay and got the discs today. I installed it (it's huge!) and had a play around. Seems very comprehensive in covering all the parts of the can and how to remove/install them. Nice illustrations too.
If anyone needs some info I cna take a look for you (though I can't make any promises). I'm still figuring out how it works

It is supposedly what the dealers use to do detailed jobs. So basically any job you have to do is covered. They're like a Bentley manual on computer. Great illustrations of how to dismantle and install items in the vehicle. I have the 2009-04 data which supposedly covers any VW models to date.

Yeah, erWIN is what a non-dealership could use. It's very similar to elsaWIN, however you'll pay a fee in Euros to use it.
