Easy tiger, apologies if i sounded brash, it's the interwebs that makes everyone sound hostile. I was just saying 210kw to toughly 240kw sounds like a lot of power increase to me. You obviously feel 30kw is 'not much gain'?

Re the stage 3 i wanted to hear from Tiguan owners who have done it. It read like you were saying there were stage 3 Tiguan's out there (we are on a tiguan forum!) so i was keen to find out where. I don't see anything wrong with asking?

Oh, P.S. we have not released any prices yet.

Just trying to understand your post.....
Im not sure how much a down pipe is but my buddy just had one made for a 180sx (stainless 3" dump for $310)

A 180sx wouldn't have twin oxygen sensors and have to bend around a 4Mo system though..........
You can't really compare parts for a jap import to parts for a Vdub as there is an awful lot more tech involved in a Vdub part.

The APR pipe also allows you to load Stage 2 software (if you have the intake fitted) and covers some of the cost of R&D into the upgrades.

Wouldn't any 3" downpipe allow you to load the APR stage 2 software? Making the assumption they get similar air flow....

    I don't know.
I assume not since they wouldn't be able to justify the product claims if you are using parts that they have not tested.

I also do not know if the downpipe is 3" all the way through so there are a number of variables that need to be accounted for.

Maybe Guy can shed some light on this for us.
