I am pretty sure the mk5/6/7, audi a3/s3/rs3/rsq3 and tiguan allshare the same brake fitment onto the hub.
But before upgrading to a BBK it is useful to brake balance and check compatibility with the brake fluid master cylinder.
Also wheels with more spoke and diameter clearance is important.
At one point I thought of fitting Golf R front brakes to my Missus Tiguan..
Suspension wise, they all share the same top strut mount and bolt fitments. Same lower engine subframe. Same rear lca mount (or WALK for upgrade).
Different shock length and spring height & rate obviously.

I've looked at a BBK and the Tig has a larger piston diameter to the Golfs... which is where I stopped looking.
Although it would be a nice upgrade, it's only something I'd really do for aesthetics as the stock brakes work pretty well for what I use them for.

I did find there was some fade in hotter weather initially though the brake feel seems to have improved after the first service.
I am in the school of thought that you always upgrade braking and handling before performance.
Cheapest way is to change the pads that have higher MOT. Such as Stoptech Street Performance which is so cheap but rated at 1300F MOT.
Hawk HPS is only rated 750F but some people love them.
I believe Remsa ceramic is rated 650C too (also 1300F).
And change the brake fluid to Motul RBF600 / Penrite Racing, both are DOT4 & rated at 600F wet boiling point.
Also remove the front rotors dust shields and wrap the abs sensors and wires with heat tape.
Stock fluid boils easily and does get spongy quick if not fresh.
