Someone might have a copy of it, otherwise you can purchase time on Erwin, and download or print off what you need.
The Measured Value Blocks vary from ECU to ECU, so unless you either have ODIS, VCDS, or VAS-PC, you're probably not going to get a definitive answer. Some generic scan tools can show them up in the live data list too.

I know. Hoping for a free-be 😳. New OBDeleven. Some blocks are described, others are not. Block numbers and descriptions should be the same regardless of the access tool, no?
