    Nice work.

Probably the only thing left before going to a K04 is to get a DSG tune.

There's torque limiters in the DSG software that put a cap on what gets let through the transmission. So even if you make the power in the engine, unless you take the limiters off in the transmision, you won't see it at the wheels.

It's not going to be a massive jump in performance but when you get to where you're at it's all about incremental improvements.

Plus it drives a lot nicer and will drop back to 1st gear when you need it.

That's a really good shout you know. I've hated the shifting patterns of my DSG since I've owned the car, I feel it's a real weak link. D and S modes never seem to find that sweet spot so I'm hoping the DSG tune can solve for some of that. I don't have steering wheel shifting paddles so using manual mode is a bit of a hassle.

Mind you at about $1,200 that's a hefty investment, will have to wait until next year.

Depends what sort of driving you do but I'd also seriously consider steering wheel swap/DSG paddle shifters and a rear sway bar if you're going to go hitting some twisty roads. Much more fun in manual mode with paddle shifters in the twisties and the rear sway bar will sort most of the body roll issues.

There you go I just added another $1k to the shopping list

This isn't helping, that is EXACTLY what I want to do after the DSG tune!

You may have to introduce a rule - anyone suggesting a mod must contribute 50%

It also comes with 2 springs, which I'm running both.

It made a difference in throttle response + helps hold boost between gear shifts. Probably less likely to notice a boost drop between shifts on a DSG.

I'm running everything stock, except the DV and a Stage 1. So I'm assuming that it'll be louder when letting off throttle after boosting on your car.

Has the car had it's coil packs replaced? A good tip is, if they go; a lot of people recommend replacing them with R8 coil packs (red cap).
Hey mate did you install this yourself? Is your tig 4motion?

I might have to keep my mouth shut... it could become expensive quickly.
