Even if you fit one legally you can only tow the LESSER of the towbars weight limit or the manufacturers limit for the car. Towball limit is set by the Car maker also
So that one in kg is
Towbar 1555kg Is car limit above or below this
Ballweight Towbar 155kg Is car limit below this
To be strictly legal towbar must be ADR approved or insurance problems could arise if Non ADR bar caused the problem
Looking a that listing I think I would like a lot more fixing points than that has if i was towing a tonne or so.
Lot of weight in a small area
Most VW made cars have light ballweights like the Passat is only 90kg

Yes, not worth the troubles, also be careful with the electrical wiring to the car, if you fit something aftermarket.
