This is assuming the bumper has preparation for washers and does not need to be changed like on Golf 6.
If it does not you can cut out the holes in the bumper or simply buy a new bumper.
The Simple headlights are easy but if you want them to work as from the factory like this and have headlight washers it is is a big job and to make sure everything works properly we need the car for 3-4 days.

If all 3 stages are completed in one go it can be done in approximately 12 hours - saving of 4 hours and it will cost you approximately $1200.
If the corresponding wires are connected wrongly it might damage modules and replacement of them is the costly part.
Good info thanks for posting it. I guess the point is; unless you're sure what you're doing don't attempt this as the DIY project. :)

Stupid question but how does one change the LED's between 50% and 100% or is the done through coding
Its not a stupid one.
Coding is the main thing
When you have your indicator on, if the LEDS stay at 100% the indicator is almost non visible. Hence VW decided to either switch off the LEDS like in US&A or dim them to 50%
