yeh and for that matter coil-overs ? The brakes should be good as I have the same in my bora 4mo and it weighs the same
Hi guys,
I wanted to know if any of you guys has installed a sway bar kit for the Tiggy or a rear sway bar, I was driving hard yesterday evening and i have lowering springs but on a twisty road I think the Tiggy needs some help. I'm looking at a rear sway bar upgrade that is popular on the US, that is 27mm and you leave the stock one on the front. I would appreciate your comments and feedback.
Thanks!

I'm pretty much set on getting the Neuspeed 25mm swaybar, Had one on my VR6 and it was simply AWESOME, made such a huge difference! H&R also have a front and rear sway kit (only available as a pair) but IMO front sways make very little difference. A big chunky rear bar makes a massive differenceIMO coilovers will make for a very harsh ride, depends what you can live with though.

Forever blowing bubbles.
I wouldn't think so Pull-Starter, depending on how you set up the damping and rebound and of course if you go low.
A rear bar does make a big difference to front wheel drive cars, but remember you are driving an AWD car, so I tend to think when you buy a haldex controller as I have done with my bora a front sway would be good and less of the rear may help a lot as well. Though I am still yet to test this theory.

I agree with you qsilverza.
Just my 2c worth, but I'm not sold on upgrading the rear swaybar on the Tig to anything much more than it's got.
Not convinced the Tig has a particularly stiff chassis, so loading it up too much during some heavy cornering and with a stiff rear bar, I'd be expecting oversteer snap tbh. Think I'd go with upgraded springs and shocks first, and then sus out how it all feels.

If I can give my feedback, remember that the tiggy is mostly FWD just when something happens it uses the rear more, so thinking that it would be helpful to change just the rear or we get a haldex controller![]()
