Hi Ralp2dam
Congratulations on the new Tig. You'll love it. Gotta be happy with the -2 month wait update.
FYI information on the Adaptive Chassis Control can be found here:
Adaptive Chassis Control < Innovative Technology < Volkswagen World < Volkswagen Australia
It is a great bit of tech, but it all comes down to how you drive and what you are expecting to use the Tig for.
In answer to your questions, No I didn’t order our Tig with ACC. My wife will be driving it 90% of the time and wouldn’t push the Tig as hard as I would so it would be wasted - plus I'm ganna try and sneak in some springs & a sway bar on it down the track
The ACC button should be located on the centre dash just in front of the gear shift.

Thoughts - again, it comes down to your driving style so most people’s opinion would vary. For me, if the Tig was my daily driver, I would have ordered it with ACC and left it on Sports mode 90% of the time - excluding when driving with the family / passengers. You will find that it will handle and respond better in Sports mode but the ride will be a little harder on your body.
Comfort mode def for speed bumps, unless of course you have dentures/fillings you would like to loosen up
Overall your Tig will handle a lot better than one without ACC. With three options to select from, you should be able to "adapt" the control to your liking
But if you are going to look at replacing springs, etc then it’s a mute point as you will be setting up the car for one style of driving. ACC allows you to have choices
