3 different oil leaks? Please Help.

Hi, New TDI tiguan owner here and already have 30,000ks (the wife drives 400 k's a day for work - so we went with the diesel).

Just wondering whether any other tiguan owners have had issues with

    1. a leaking oil return line - leaks oil from a bolt above the sump plug/bolt? Dealer fixed this after 2 trips and complaints - they didnt believe me at first.

    2. My drive shaft flicks oil out of the centre bearing - i have asked the dealership but they say thay havnt seen this before so dont know whether its a problem??? They wont replace it untill they a sure its a problem.

    3. There is an oil leak on the passenger side of the radiator/intercooler on the bottom - dealer says this is normal they all leak.....

    Any thoughts/responses are greatly appreciated.

    Cheers!

All the above should be fixed. I had O-ring replaced at the intercooler on our Golf5, to be honest I'd prefer that they rather fix the cause of the oil getting there.

Try a different dealer or call VW head office.

Totally agree with Transporter, I'd be raising all hell with any dealer that told me new VWs ALL LEAK OIL. He has to be a complete &^*&_wit. I have the diesel and I can tell you there's NO sign of oil ANYWHERE !!!!

    Cheers

That's a bugger BUT you don't have to use the "dealer" for your normal servicing !!

Jimmy is the man to go for for servicing etc, but this is a warranty issue and needs to be dealt with by the dealer.
