The sat navigation RNS 510 is the easiest choice its a straight swap but you will have to get it coded , It will work and it can be used by using the touch screen ,But if you want the steering wheel controls to work there is always some one on here that will do it for a small payment depending on where you live

If you ask I'm sure there are people. Members of watercooled who would do it for you. Do you have a reversing camera in your Tiguan if buying from overseas. Try buying for less than $1,000. Or you will be charged. GST.

Having issues with the reverse camera. Getting crazy interference depending what settings my head lights are on.

That sort of interference is quite likely something Wi-Fi.
If you have a Wi-Fi transmitter plugged into your OBDI port then remove it for a while.
