2012 tiguan engine light and code

    Hi Guys,
I bought new tiguan back in 2012 (1.4 tsi) its currently got 50k kms on the clock, whilst it has been a great car (wife's car) its had a few issues. One being and engine failure at 40k kms, lucky enough it was still just in warranty and VW replaced some pistons/chains/guides/tensioners etc and its been pretty good since
Last week it threw 2 codes, P2271. 02 sensor signal stuck rich (bank 1 sensor 2) and P0106 MAP Barometric pressure sensor- circuit range/performance problem. I replaced the MAP with a new one and the code has not returned. Although the 02 sensor code has come back usually within a drive each time i erase it. Any of you guys had this P2271 code and did replacing the 02 sensor fix it?
Also just on a side note i thought i would give it a compression test. and got 130psi on all cylinders, which at the time i was happy about as it was all even, but now doing a bit of research i see the 1.4 tsi engine should be a bit more then this. i will carry out the test again and make sure the compression tester seal is ok
    Thanks for any help
    Regards
    Sean

Check wiring to 02 sensor, if okay, replace sensor.

Compressions should see around 150 or 175PSI across all 4, 130 is quite low, test again and again, possibly faulty tester,

Thanks for the advice, I'm bringing the car to work on Saturday and i will check to see if the wiring looks good. i did use an adapter with the compression tester that i do not usually use, i will be double checking this also. I have been in contact with BWA, Bob Whymms Automotive at seven hills in sydney and they also recommend a tune on the car, which i had planned to do after the warranty period was up.
    Regards
    Sean
