Just wondering if anyone has come across problems with dsg , I have code P176C00 and P176D00 - passive sporadic - gear actuator 3 & 4 cannot be regulated , also check engine light comes on and also flashing tool light , and some times complete lack of power ( limp home mode ? ) . I am unsure wether to fix this or write car off for parts as it is only worth 5000 to 7000 dollars and repairs to dsg could be more expensive than car is worth . There is also oil leak from gear box , and yes it is 7 speed dsg ( dsg on gear shift )Any advice would be most welcome .
