Im tempted to get the RNS510 - can be got on ebay for around the $1100 mark which is pretty reasonable and a couple of members here have already gone down that path successfully.

I had looked at the original AVC9000 and came to the conclusions that i wouldnt be able to live with it day to day

Make sure you get the latest version RNS510.
I believe it is revision C.

The cheap ones on ebay are probably revision A and outdated.
