Video In Motion

Hi guys,

I recently purchsed a MY10 Skoda Octavia RS with Columbus (RNS510) Nav with it. I'm planning to install the KUfatec Mutimedia with the reversing camera but I need to install a video in motion device as well. I just need to know if this nother video in motion unit on ebay VW RNS510 Video in Motion / moved TV FREE MFD3 MFD VIM: eBay Motors (item 180484823501 end time Sep-18-10 15:40:17 PDT) will be compatible with the KUfatec Mutimedia Unit. The reason why I ask is because the kufatec video in motion unit is like $400 and this one is like $110. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

The OP said they need it to activate the retrofit reverse camera as it will display a video feed while the car is moving backwards, not to watch dvd's with while on the fly.

Team V you are right, anyway teodeh its really up to the individual to make that dicision. Plus it will be for my son to watch while we are driving him around as well. Anyway does anyone have an answer for this? Cheers

I purchased my plug'n'play from that seller and installation was a breeze with their kit. I couldn't however tell you about that part specifically. I would recommend you ask the ebay seller your question. Let us know what you find out.

Thanks Ryan, I did ask the seller that but he didn't understand what I was going about and said it doesn't look like it. However I think he just said that cos he haven't delt with Kufatec.
