    VAG COM in perth?

Where do you take your GTI in perth for VAGCOM settings/changes?

BDS - if you mean auto closing when you lock with the remote, you need a KVW100.

Otherwise the dealers will have VAG-COM (aka VCDS) as part of their service equipment, but expect to pay any of the above for the privilege.

There's a similar portable product called V-Checker too.

Remote windows isn't an on/off option like most of the VAG-COM settings. V-Checker may let you do it - Balkanac has one I think.
The KVW100 reprograms the central locking system to tie in the windows as far as I know. Otherwise you'd have to start editing the system codes, in HEX, manually!
Also been discussed today in the 'what have you done to your mk4' thread. Fuzion might still have some (from Sydney).
