There are many locations, even in the major cities, that the Sensis system can't locate.
Opposite us, there's an entire street that can't be found — and it's been there 100+ years.
Instead of laying off 100's of staff, Sensis ought to be using them to make some of their half-baked products work.

The one in our units is early 2012 I believe 4020 ?????? mine says 4120 LOL

Yes, but as I said, I *went* to Sensis, searched for our address and we are in their database. So, their online DB and what they put into VW's Nav are out of sync.

In fact, yesterday we went from one unknown address to another - our own and another one near Hume. Joys of living in rural Australia.

The 4120 is the latest firmware and the 7920 is the latest maps

Older firmware can be 2760 or 3820 or 4020

Seems he may be up to date with everything. FW is 5238 and maps version is 7920 (V6 maps)

i went to Batemans bay via Kangaroo valley on thursday and the V6 map lost its way half way down the valley,i was driving through the tree tops and the RNS told me to make a U turn and go back, then i saw the road coming back to the screen on a sharp bend gee i was back onto the road ,
Has any one else had a simular problem?

that'd be GPS satellite lock...it lost the 'feed'
