    Tom Tom for iPhone?

Has anyone bought this yet? I've read a few of the reviews on the iTunes store and its seeming like its a bit overpriced in comparison to a $140 One device off ebay.

For anyone thinking of buying it, apparently woolworths give 20% OFF $100 iTunes vouchers, dropping it to $80. $50 would be better i reckon.

I bought a cradle off ebay for $7 and have a longer car charger cable so can mount the phone in landscape or portrait on the A pillar without any hassles and with power, added GPS signal would be handy but using google maps works fine apart from the obvious lack of guidance.

i bought this yesterday.. i dont have another nav unit and i dont really intend on buying one.. its great cos i have my phone everywhere.. and yeh... i dunno.. works good for me maybe a little steep for some.. but for those who dont have one already its not so bad! there are however other good alternatives also!

Yeah, i thought it a bit steep too. For the past 18 months i have been using an N95 8Gb with AmazeGPS software running on it.

For the odd occasion when i am out and about and dont know where i am going it was very good, if a little data intensive it worked a treat with voice and arrows to navigate with.

its already here, its $99.99 for Oz maps. Been on App Store for a while now. But id look at the sygic one before buying. I havent got either yet but id say ill go Sygic as it comes with NZ maps as well the reviews seem more positive and for only 79.99.

i mean the actual hardware bit, like the mount that sits on your windscreen...

would like the tom tom one as it looks the goods and is more secure looking...
