rewire stacker cable help im dumb

ok electrical minded people need a bit of help i want to convert my cd stacker cable which as a 13 pin din end to a 12 pin (9 pins actually used) trunk connector i have the pin out for the cd stacker connection but not the 13 pin out


connection to stereo pin out
