There are two versions of these cameras on Ebay One has an RCA connection for the video feed and is not the same as the OEM one which has a different connector that marries up to the 26 pin connector on the headunit.
The RCA version is $285 on EBAY atm the OEM version is a lot more.

One gives you the lines in the screen the other doesnt apparently
It depends what headunit you are connecting it to which you should buy.
I looked at fitting one to our Polo but even doing it myself , after buying an RCD510 for about $350+ and the camera for $350+, an adapter for $50? and the time to do it I was looking at $800 approx so thought it not worth the trouble
