    Try carsequipment2011 an eBay seller in the Czech Republic I think he is selling the pop out one for less than $500 inclusive of postage to aus

    Hmmm.... My MY13 has a Bosch RCD510 and there is no 26 pin connector. Spewing actually because I really wanted to fit a camera.

    Well it was just the rumour then or VW found a stash of the older units and started to fit them in the new cars (nothing wrong with that). As always, any info gained in the internet forums should be questioned as it very often comes from the sources that can't be verified.

    For all I know the car may have shipped with an RNS510 and the unit was switched by the dealer so perhaps it is accurate. That's exactly why I pulled it out to check before spending $500 plus shipping on a camera.

    Plenty of options depending on how keen I am for the RVC so not to worry. You win some and you lose some... I just seem to lose more often than win!
