RCD 500 Problem

I recently had cause to try and reprogram one of the radio pre-sets on the FM1 band of the unit - I now find that I can receive the relevant station on the radio, but the unit refuses to display the NDR (frequency and station id) either beside the pre-set button or on the display.

Despite many attempts, the relevant info cannot be saved to the display.

Does anyone have any idea what the solution to the problem is?

No idea! I've never even heard of NDR...
