Hey guys,
In our Tiguan, we've got the bluetooth kit & RNS510 head unit. Yesterday when we turned the car on - the phone option had disappeared. Like - it doesn't exist. Pressing the PHONE button on the head unit just mutes the audio. Also the phone has disappeared from the MFD. When scrolling through - it's no longer an option.
I suspect the problem is something simple like...maybe the bluetooth unit has become unplugged or something. The voice controls still work though, but I don't know if that's hooked to the bluetooth or not.
So what I'm wondering is - does anybody know where in the Tiguan the bluetooth module is located, just so I can check it's connections etc?
Thanks in advance.

Ok the issue has been fixed. The plug/wire came out of the bluetooth module. The fix was as simple as plugging it back in.
All sorted now.
