Those units sound interesting but don't appear that much cheaper considering they are non OEM, and would be surprised if they worked as well. For example, a lot of buit in bluetooth doesn't work as well as separate adapters ie treatment of transferring phone book and recent call info info automatically.

The review thread had no issues with the built in bluetooth unit that i read as it is a pretty good quality unit.

Just thought i would put the Zenec name forward as an alternative with comparable price to the OEM brand.

No dramas, i expect it would be better than all the waywells and other units.

Re: built in Bluetooth was just sharing what I've heard (the Eclipse you have to push contacts one at a time the first time etc) and haven't used it so not saying it's bad, but if it's so close to stock money may as well get the stock one.

    I know what you mean.
Unfortunately, because the unit is similarly priced here, no one i know has used it so there are no AU reviews.
Whilst the price is similar to the OEM alternative, i am going aftermarket.

Hopefully if i get the car in June i can do up an AU review.
