Kufatec want Euro49.00 + Euro85.00 for postage! Euro134 is about AU$236 at the moment...



They won't send it anything other than FedEx...

just a quick QN

is your mdi in the glove box and are you planning on moving it
to the center arm console with this long cable?

i just got me EOS and it is probably the most annoying thing..

Having to lean over and plug iphone in glove box

I know the MY09 US build EOS got the center console like the MK6 with
2 separate compartments and the MDI sits on the left hand side..

I wonder why we miss out on that..

Yes - MDI factory fitted is in the glovebox. Retro-fit kit places it in the centre console. I like the idea of not losing centre console space, as the glovebox fit is very neat, but yes it's a stretch to reach over and plug in my iPhone.

I'd like to run the cable to the centre console and be able to plug stuff in there.

If you want one I can get two and that will save on postage... I have an aunt in Paris, so I'm thinking of having them Fedex it to her (15 Euros) and then have her postbag it to me (probably about another $10) which will reduce the cost massively over the 85 Euros that they want to Fedex it to Australia.
