    I started with the doors

    Tweeter ring

    Midwoofer ring

    Sink ring

Finished products, i Glued the sink ring ontop of the midwoofer ring, to give the effect that the midwoofer has literally sunk into the door.

First time round i made pods that screwed onto the door, they did not turn out how i wanted them so this time i decided to reshape the door

tiny bit of sanding for rounder edges and gluued in place.

Stretching the material over pissed me off so much!!!!
The staple gun was to weak to go through some parts of the plastic, so i had 100's of staples hanging out everywhere,
    ripping material... argh!!!

The foil and bits of wood you see in that pic ^ are there so when i use the resin it hardens with the material stretched in, so i can stil have that 'sunken' look i was after, foil is just there so the MDF circles dont get stuck in.

dont worry about the creases on the one on the right, they were taken care of.

    Thanks
