iPad mounted to a Golf Mk6

My Apologies as I couldn't find anything in my search.
Has anyone managed to mount an ipad to their MK6 Golf?
The one that I'm looking can be found here:

    | Hold My Phone

It fits within the aircon duct, and I was a tad worried on whether it could inflict any long term wear.

I would love to hear from anyone who's played around with this. Thanks!

I haven't seen any iPad installations in our Golfs as yet, might be a bit difficult to do a neat job with our dashes. I'm keen to see it if someone can do it.

I just went ahead and ordered it, will post some pics when its here.
on a similar note, i've been testing out sygic as a sat nav replacement, so far it's worked perfectly. Sygic, car navigation for iPhone, Android, Maemo, Symbian, Windows Mobile and Linux mobile devices

Does it integrate with the MFD?

I was refering to controlling the ipad through the mfd or if the pad is plugged in, would the nav system show up on the MFD.

just tried, got a 'device not recognised'. Could be that I was plugging in the ipad via the MDI via a usb cable and not the direct MDI -> iphone connector.

So I've gotta hand it to Hold my phone, those guys work fast, got it in the mail today.
    Free shipping as well!

Anyways, to cut to the chase, I love it! it simply snaps into the inner part of the air con duct. It feels very solid and would handle rugged bumps or quick turns. you can rotate it 360 degrees as well. there are 2 adhesive strips which you can just see in the second photo. Obviously they help keep the clip in place, but it seems to already be very sturdy, i don't really see the need for it - esp if I'm going to be taking the mount off once in a while.

I only had a chance to get some quick iphone photos, but I think it shows it well enough.

    and the 118 itself
