iOS 7 on iPhone 4 issues

Since doing the iOS 7 update on my iPhone 4. I've found the phone book is not downloading properly on the radio. Has anyone had this? Or any other problems?

I've had so many mystery problems with my Apple products that I ended up giving them all away.

Not helpful I know, but all the updates can cause many random issues.
