Thread: HTC Andriod Torque BHP software

    I purchased Torque a while ago, maybe 6 months. I havnt really used it since, because it didnt pick-up many of the GTI sensors. Can anyone comment if Boost is now available, might have to give it another go.

    Youlittlebeauty! Just installed the latest version, and yes it has Boost and a lot of other stuff that wasnt there before. Awesome.

    does anyone know if torque and bhp can be obtained using the VCDS software via VAG COM cable?

    Has anyone had success operating the App "Torque OBDII" with there Golf VI with factory BT ?

    im trying it, but phone keeps saying "OBD device not found, retrying......."
    Any hints out there to what i may be doing wrong, or settings etc

    Have you purchased the bluetooth adaptor which goes into the OBDII port?

    The factory BT communicates with the head unit - it does not connect to the OBD bus so it cannot be used with Torque. You need to buy a BT device that plugs into the OBD port in order for Torque to request/recieve OBD information.

    Got it now!!!(finally) I'll search ebay now for the Bluetooth adapter .......sorry guys, i shouldve read the whole thread, but thanks for your help.

    next question, where is the OBDII port located, under the bonnet, or in under the footwells ?

    It's the purple/pink plug near the bonnet release...
