It turns out the two red power wires - Power Positive (15) & Display Power (11) - were swapped!
They're now doing the MDI/Bluetooth/RCD510 install for me, so I don't mess anything else up

Now it seems the Mic that came with the Bluetooth kit is faulty - has anyone got a spare they can loan/sell me?
