If you are keen I can give you the link. No feature advantage as it is for dab boards.

Sorry for spamming this thread with a specific question. The guide is quite clear and well written, but I'm having trouble working out whether to load the 38xx series or 412x firmwares.
My RNS 510's part number is 7L6 035 680 B
it's in a late 08 (potentially MY09) Touareg.
HW-Version is H03 and
SW-Version is 0902 from long pressing on the set up button.
HW Radio version is 0004
The model is also mentioned here:
http://www.my-gti.com/549/volkswagen-rns-510-versions
but I'm still not clear on what version of software I could load!
I brought my B series unit (now sold, along with the car) up to the latest 38xx firmware and was happy with it.
Any gain from later firmwares appears minor, at best.
For you Mac folks that want to do it on their Mac's.
I've used Toast Titanium.
Once you have downloaded the firmware, RIGHT CLICK and open with Toast Titanium.
Select CD, click the RED Button (Burn), Speed Type: 1x.
And should take around 10-15min for the completion and follow as per instruction in the first post.
Please help to clarify my query:
I got a 2011 Passat with built-in Satnav RSN510 with version as below
Part number: 1T0035680C
Hw version: H50
Sw version: 2840
which reliable firmware version that I can upgrade without any re-coding, etc..? 4020 or 4120?
Thanks
