Fakra Antenna Adapter RCD330G in Mk5 Golf

I'm about to fit a RCD330G Plus in a 2009 Mk5 Golf Wagon. The vehicle currently has its original RCD310 in it.

As the RCD330G has a single antenna plug, and the RCD310 has a double, I am assuming that I need an adapter. Can someone please tell me what plug is on the rear of the units? Is it a male or a female?
