They definitely did, the new CAN-Bus model is named DNS 610+ / 810+ now, ask your contact about it. Also when you say "her answer", you are not talking to the manager of Audiosources. The manager is male and does not speak English.

When you say cold weather, I wonder if you got a pre-production batch of units - did you get your unit around December last year / January?
I suspect the December firmware you are talking about is the 16bit version. 16bit is less CPU-intensive so things might feel smoother, and maybe the old pre-production units like 16bit better. However Primo still has issues when SD / USB is running in the background while Primo is running with the 3D map moving on the screen. If you are sitting in your garage fiddling with it without simulating a navigation route you should not have any issues with Primo. Alternatively if you have radio in the background (instead of SD or USB) you should also not have any issues with Primo even when driving / navigating.
Anyway I will need to do some testing of the latest firmware version. About time they implemented the timezone option, I've been asking for it since I started testing Sygic months ago.
