Does anyone play CD's in there units?
I have had troubles with mine and wondering if anyone else has.
Also, time on mine keeps reverting back to 2008 01 01 like the battery has been removed.
Anyone else had this problem?
is it the latest software for a new can module? is there no updates?

Mime is perfect on mine - I think it needed to be set in the Sat Nav area somewhere. I have used the player for DVDs not CDs and it is perfect for that. I have my music on the micro SD card which has also been faultless.
I play music via SD also but when I buy a new CD I listen to it before putting it on SD.
I bought a new CD on the way home from work today and I thought I had a CD already in the unit.
So I tried to eject it and nothing happened, then I changed it to DISC and it said NO DISC.
Tried to put the new CD in and it wouldn't go in.
I drove off and after about 2 minutes of driving I changed it to disc and low and behold it started playing the disc that it previously said wasn't in there.
As for setting the time in the Sat Nav area, I can't even find where to do that.
I have tried adjusting the time in Sygic since I first installed it with no luck.
My sat nav time is an hour behind even thought the time zone is correct and daylight savings time is on.

I am away from home at the moment - back at the end of the week - I will see then what I did and get back to you.
hello.
I have the upgrade v 41 and I get the constant failure "munsun.exe"
using ipod and find a folder.
with passing radio and ipod again and the fault appears.
came a new, m audiosouces upgrade but they said they do not charge it is worse.
as can be that these "engineers" .... need many attempts and still does not fix this?
we are paying for a team that is not cheap.
if it is our fault for not buying things that are not tested.
regards
To set the time on my DNS I have used in the Navigation section:
Settings > then extra menu > right arrow > GPS Hardware > Synchronize Time.
I believe this uses the Satellites to then set the time. The Satelites know what time zone you are in from your location.
Seems to work for me!
If you got it from Sandy then you need to email him for a code to activate Sygic or whoever you bought it from should be able to help.
To turn on RDS go to MENU, FUNCTION SETTING, RADIO - it obviously only works on FM not AM.
