Last time I talked to Sandy was 25/07, fwiw.

Tried out some CDs today. No track number issues, but it doesn't support gapless playback (ie it takes a few seconds to load the next track), and I've had the long disk loading thing too. Sitting here in the carpark for the past 5 mins and it won't load this CD.

Yea that's ****ed. I have a diskman from the 90s that supports gapless and has a 30s skip less cache and loads tracks instantly. How someone can have a product that doesn't even do that in 2014 is completely ****ed.

Got in the car this morning and as I was listening to a CD when I was last in the car that's what started playing.
I went to change it to the radio and it wouldn't change.
Nothing would work, it just kept playing the cd.
Tried shutting it down with the power button and that wouldn't work.
Had to turn the ignition off and pull the key to shut it down.

Same I sent my unit back to audiosources and havnt gotten a refund either. Apparently audiosources doesn't accept incoming packages 2nd time trying to send a package back to them

I want it to be known that I have no hard feelings towards Sandy as I believe Audiosources have let this piece of **** be sent out to
distributors and customers without testing them properly or knowing what the **** they are doing.
It's pretty simple, I want my money back!

Did you get yours through Sandy, or through AS? You might have to contact sandy to get a refund, if AS aren't talking.

I've been in contact with Fiona at AS about feedback/our issues etc, though she hasn't replied to my emails in about 2 weeks, probably got sick of me haha.

Yea, Sandy is a good bloke, just trying to make the best of a bad situation. Last time we spoke he said his wedding is imminent, so was trying to get the DNS mess all sorted before it, but probably not because of Audiosources being a pain.

Yea, because it'd be easier than sending it to Aus and him sending it back, but you paid him, right? So he would have to handle the refund. Or is it that AS won't receive your package back?

Havnt heard from him in awhile but the the beta unit I sent back to audiosources never made it and has been lost for months. So lost 60 bucks shipping but sandy shipped me another unit that's a production model anyways. Trying to send this unit back again but same thing happens. Attempts to be delivered but doesn't.

Yea he does refund I suppose I have the original invoice but audiosources won't accept it. It's like they arnt home or something

Procedure as per Audiosources instructions: Turn on the radio stay 20 seconds, insert TF card(format need is FAT ) to gps slot. It show “are you ensure update MCU” click “ yes” until black screen---then turn off the radio---take out the TF card from gps slot—turn on the radios. Now, update finished
