Hi,

I'm looking to add DAB+ radio to my Alltrack that came with an RNS-510 and the MDI fitted. My initial idea of swapping the RNS-510 for a newer version with DAB+ built in was scuttled when I saw how much the new head unit would cost (almost 2 grand). Double J, ABC Grandstand and clearer AM stations weren't worth quite that much to me.

I've since come across this unit from Dension for under USD200. It plugs into the MDI and presents the DAB+ stations as pseudo MP3 files. Does anyone have any experience with one of these that can share their thoughts about it?

You can buy a DAB. Receiver and blutooth it to your rns510

The Denison does a pretty good job. Plus you can set it up so you can unplug it to plug in a usb drive

Its the soloution i'd most likely do (if i didn't already own a pure highway)
